Everyone should know this filk! And if you haven’t heard it yet, have you been on Mars? It is one of the best filks ever written (and performed, Julie made her own backing track, too, and that voice!) especially when you consider that she wrote this before Deathly Hallows. I personally belt this out in the shower on a regular basis.

This is my favorite filk! It’s such a great song! I thought of this song when reading The Prince’s Tale. So fabulous! She didn’t win because not enough people voted.
I did vote for her. This is and will continue to be my all-time favorite filk. Call me when you want to do a duet, Julie.
When I heard this song, my eyes brimmed with tears; you could actually feel the pain that Severus was going through, or am I the only girl who can literally feel song emotions? I listened to this while reading a fan article about Snape.
